Fabyoulife Return & Exchange Policy
At Fabyoulife, we want you to love every product you purchase from us! However, we understand that things don’t always work out, so we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility:
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in unused and unopened condition to be eligible for a return. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.
- Return requests are subject to approval. To start a return, please email us at orders@fabyoulife.com with your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
- Approved returns will receive a store credit or exchange only.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale items, gift cards, and bundles are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.
Return Process:
- Contact Us: Email us at orders@fabyoulife.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Wait for Approval: We will review your request and notify you within 3 business days if your return is approved.
- Ship the Item: Once approved, return the product in its original packaging using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Receive Store Credit: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a store credit code for the approved return amount.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll make it right by offering a replacement or store credit.
Shipping Costs:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or defective.
