Fabyoulife products are HANDMADE and are not produced in bulk.

Warm Weather Warning

Many of our products are made with rich oils, butters, and natural ingredients that can melt in extreme heat.
If your package sits in a hot mailbox, car or porch during a heatwave, it will melt. We do as much as we can with insulation and ice packs during warmer weather, but it's not guaranteed.  Please plan ahead when ordering in warmer months, but life happens and should your products melt, cool them down so they resolidify and they are still perfectly fine to use.

Processing Time

All orders ship within 3–7 business days after payment is received.
This does not include the day your order was placed, weekends, or federal holidays. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before you checkout as we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping address and no refunds will be given.

Please be sure the address you chose to ship to is a secure address where someone will be present to receive items. We are not responsible for lost of packages that are being shipped out after it has left our facility. In the event that your package is lost contact customer service (orders@fabyoulife.com) and we can provide you with info to see if you can file a claim with the shipping agent used.

Any orders returned to Fabyoulife due to the incorrect shipping address will be refunded minus the shipping charge. Please take your time at the checkout to ensure all information is correct.
